The time is quickly approaching for the annual Back-2-School Bash. Your local Braswell Zone PTAs are once again teaming up and hosting this year’s Extravaganza. We are excited that the Braswell Zone Bash, Back-2-School Extravaganza will be held at the new Braswell High School, located at 26750 E. University, Aubrey, TX, 76227. Please join us in making this year’s Bash the biggest yet. We are now seeking sponsors for this event, which will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August 7, at Braswell High School, located at the back entrance of the school.
As you may remember, the event is to help the business community of Denton Independent School District connect with the families/residents who reside in the various developments along the eastern U.S. 380 corridor. Last year’s event raised over $9,500 for the seven schools in the 380 corridor and was extremely successful in bringing together students, their families and staffs of the schools to help welcome in the school year.
As your local PTA, we know that this time of year is about more than new backpacks and new classrooms. Bringing in the 2017-2018 school year is about inspiring our students and families and inviting community members and leaders to back our children’s futures. Successful students are everyone’s business, and successful schools build successful communities. And we know there is no commYOUnity without YOU, so to speak – “YOU” being our members, our future members, community leaders and communities at large. Booth Pricing
· $325 for premium inside table (limited space available and will be given on first come first serve basis)
· $250 for outside table
· $250 or “in-kind” donations for non-profit organizations
· $100 for sign only (to be displayed inside school)
· $50 for logo on advertising banner (to be displayed inside and outside – deadline to receive logo is July 17)
Booth Furnishings
· Sponsors may bring a canopy promoting their business/agency if they so desire
· Braswell Zone PTA’s will provide sponsors with one table and two chairs
· Braswell Zone PTA’s will provide a table tent for your company name
· Sponsor may also donate door prizes or contest awards for the various activities – to help promote business
