BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Little Flower High School will hold its audition information meeting for all interested high school gentlemen on Monday, May 1st. Come to the Student Affairs office for more details or check out the flyers posted around school.

BROAD STREET RUN

Attention ALL Students- The Broad Street Run will take place onSunday, May 7th.

Volunteers are needed to assist with this event from7AM-10:30AM. RCHS Community Service Hours will be given. Please sign up in the Student Affairs Office byMonday, May 1st.

DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY

Sunday April 23, 2017is Divine MercySunday.

For this day Jesus makes the following requests & promises:

1) Go to Confession (On or preferably BeforeSunday)

2) Go to Mass (On Divine MercySundayor the Night Before)

3) Receive Holy Communion

4) And all of our sins and punishment (Hell/Purgatory) are completely wiped away.

It is like being Baptized again.Our souls will be as pure as a newly baptized infant.

VINE MERCY SUNDAYDIDIVINE MERCY SUNDAY April 23, 2017is Divine MercySunday.

ATTENTION JUNIORS

A reminder to all Juniors that the Junior Prom will take place this Friday, April 21stat The Southampton Room. Please remember to adhere to all guidelines and policies found in the Junior Prom Information Sheet.

We will follow aBell1 scheduleon Friday. At the end of 5th period, classes will end for the day for Juniors. Juniors attending the prom are required to attend an assembly in the gym after 5thperiod. Those not attending the prom are dismissed after 5th period. Students who are absent from schoolon Fridayor who do not attend the required meeting after the end of 5thperiod will not be permitted to attend the Junior prom.

JUNIOR RING MASS

Information for both the Junior Ring Mass (tonight) and Junior Prom (April 21st) have been distributed and explained to the Juniors in their homerooms. This information has also been emailed to Junior parents. Please review this information carefully and if you have any questions, please see Mr. DiMartino or Mrs. Brown in the Student Affairs Office.

LENTEN ALMSGIVING

As we draw towards the end of Lent, a reminder to RCHS students of two opportunities to help those less fortunate than we are.The Catholic School Students for Catholic Charities Appealis a collection that is being taken during Lent to benefit the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools of Special Education. Details have been given in Theology Classes. The last day to contribute to the collection is April 20th.

Please be as generous as you can with these above initiative.

Tutoring is held every day before school and during lunch periods outside of the library.If you need assistance please see one of the NHS students.

SCHOOL MINISTRY

Mass will be offered during 5th period today.

Attention Seniors – The official Senior Class of 2017 t-shirts order form was given out in homeroom. Order form & payment must be returned to the school store no later thanApril 21st. STUDENT COUNCIL SPEECHES and ELECTIONS

A reminder to all FRESHMEN, SOPHOMORES, and JUNIORS that speeches and elections for next year’s Student Council Senior Officers will take placetomorrow, April 20th. We will be on a Bell 5 schedule (All students will report to homeroom after 2ndperiod). Only the Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will vote. Speeches will be broadcast over the TV during homeroom and will be followed by elections. We ask all Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors to be respectful of the candidates during their speeches and to follow all directives throughout the election process.

Roman's record fell to 4-3 with a disappointing 0-5 loss to Carroll on Tuesday. The team travels to Abington Friends School today for a non-league match in preparation for next week's PCL playoff.
