11:15am-11:30am / Patrol selection. ASPL will read names for each designated color group. Blue, Green, Gold, White as determined by questionnaire/surveys skill group. Patrol advisors will guide initial patrol leader to select his patrol from different color groups.
11:30am-11:50am / Get acquainted session.Patrol and advisor gather at table. Each member shares (2-3 min. max) information on experience, talents, etc. List team assets and elect patrol leader.Select patrol name, announce to group so names are not duplicated. (First to claim a name gets it and writes it on white board or flip chart)Begin developing a patrol action plan.
11:50am-12:20pm / Lunch. Continue to get to know each other.(Advisor eats with patrolto facilitate meal and build relationships)
12:30pm- 1:10pm / Model Campsite Session.
