What is the occupancy of both rooms?

-Space 1: Room marked as “Meeting room 26sqm”– $13,102.94 per annum, 26sqm can fit 4 desks

-Space 2: Room marked as “Sydney university”– $16,609.50 per annum, 32sqm can fit 5 desks

24 February 2017 Update

Increased availability at Benledi House

Due to recent ending of a tenancy, there is now an additional space available in Benledi House, 186 Glebe Point Road, Glebe.

The details for both spaces are as follows:

-Space 1: Room marked as “Meeting room 26sqm”– $13,102.94 per annum, 26sqm

-Space 2: Room marked as “Sydney university”– $16,609.50 per annum, 32sqm

Tenants will not be charged utilities at this location. There is no water access in the individual rooms and electricity use is minimal and not separately metered from ground floor function use and attached library.

Applicants are able to apply for either space or both should they prefer. Please find the floor plan with available areas highlighted on the Benledi House website.

Is there on-site parking available?

There is no on-site parking and the limited street parking. There is no loading area.

Is there storage outside of the office space available?

No, there is no additional storage available.

Are applicants able to apply for both spaces?

Yes, applicants are able to apply for either space or both if they prefer.

In the Sydney University Space, do other organisations in the building require access to the power connections in the corner of the room?

The power and phone connections in the corner are for the room only.

Are we able to make modifications, such as changing the carpet for floorboard?

Any changes to the room will need to be approved by the Council. Generally small requests are not an issue but if it’s something that’s vital to your organisation and will affect your decision on whether you would like to apply for this space, you will need to send specifically what you wish to modify to us to be confirmed.

There is damp in the corner of the Sydney University space, will this be fixed prior to the applicant moving in?

The wall will be fixed, we will advise on the timing shortly as there is a larger project to replace the roof at present.
