Does touch switch work on any type of loads ?
- On/Off switch: works well on Incandescent (light bulb), 12 volt down-light and Fluorescent lampsand even work on most energy saving lamp especially those greater than 20 Watt (ours switch is the only touch switch works on energy saving lamp).
- Switch with remote function: only works on Incandescent and Fluorescent lamps
- Switch with dimmer function: only works on Incandescent lamp
Does the switch with remote function work with any Remote Control ?
- Our switch with remote function works on most well known brands TV, DVD player, Air Con, PSP, VCR…. Remote Control eg. Sony, Akai, LG….
Is there any setting/programming required on switch with remote function to have it works with my TV/DVD…. Remote Control ?
Amazingly, no setting/programming is required. Install it as per instruction and it will work.
Why my light turn on/off by itself ?
Most likely there is an interference such as having the touch switch installed too close to appliances eg. TV, DVD…..
Why the switch with remote function does not work with my Remote Control ?
If there is no response, please change new battery for your Remote Control or try different Remote Control or move closer to the switch ( operation angle is 90 degree horizontally and at distance of 5 meters ).
How costly to replace my conventional with a touch switch ?
It takes less than 5 mins to replace your existing mechanical switch with a touch switch. Please refer to “How It Works” on our official website.
The switch can only turn On but can not turn Off the light
Please make sure the LIVE wire is connected to terminal “L1” on the circuit module.
How can I remove the face plate of the switch ?
Please use an electrical screw driver, insert into the hole which is located on the side of the face plate then pull the screw driver handle out ward (toward your body).
Why the LED on my dimmer switch stay On ?
Yes, it meant to stay On. The LED will stay on but dimmer when your light at it brightest and the LED fully glow when your light completely dim-out.
I have installed touch light switch but none of the LED are On.
Please ensure the pins on the module are contacting the copper plate on the face plate.
