French A level CPD-Monday 25th June, Lancaster Girls’ Grammar

We are organising in partnership with Barbara Bettsworth of Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School in Lancaster, North West England a day long CPD session for French A level teachers of all boards. There will be four sessions, the first on analysis of cinema and essay skills, the second on analysis of literature and essay skills, the third on the oral including the IRP and a fourth on exploiting the comprehensive, new dolanguages materials for A level-you receive either the first or second year of the course (for any of the three boards) included in the price of £160 with online access and all the resources on a CD.
We always aim to take into account the precise requirements of attendees on the course and would request that you tell us on the application form, board, titles you intend to cover and any particular areas you would like to focus on.

Course Leader-Steve Glover has been leading CPD face to face and via webinar for several years for Phillip Allan (Hodder), Keynote, ALL, Cilt CYMRU and Nicilt. Recent sessions over the summer and in November December have attracted the top grade 4 (excellent) in the majority of cases.
