Q3 / Please supply a copies of all board minutes for meetings held from June 2014 to date
A3 / The FOI Act provides individuals with a legal right of access to information and not to documents. It is often simple to provide information by supplying a copy of the relevant documents such as a copy of terms of reference, which covers a single topic. However, some documents contain a great deal of other information or information that may fall into other access regimes e.g. Data Protection Act or contain exempt information.
The documents you request cover a wide variety of information some of which might not be appropriate for disclosure under FOI and might qualify for non-disclosure to the public under a an exemption within the Act. The Trust therefore reasonably requires further information from you in order to identify and locate the precise information that you seek and I would be grateful if you could provide an answer in terms of an explanation as to what is it that you want to know.
We will not be able to take this application further without this information as we are unable to determine what information is relevant to your request, whether or not we hold the information, whether or not it is disclosable under the Terms of the Act, how long it will take to process (as it may exceed the time limit) etc. If we are able to establish from you the information that is required that is likely to be contained within the Minutes of this meeting for the time period specified we should then be in a position to research your request further.
Q4 / Please supply the project risk register, or similar document highlighting current performance in meeting milestones or project goals. A colour coded 'traffic light' summary would be acceptable
A4 / Empath as a project finished in 2012. We therefore do not hold a project risk register therefore following a search of our paper and electronic records we have established that the information you requested is not held by the Trust.
