Congratulations on earning a spot in the 1stround playoffs! The games will be held at the Franklin/Cosumnes Community Stadium atCosumnes Oaks High School on Saturday, October 22, 2016. We look forward to a great day of football. Please bring an announcer’s roster and cheer music to the announcer’s booth within 30 minutes of the game start time.All teams must provide 2 PAR volunteers. The visiting teams are highlighted in yellow below and will wear their white (or light) color jerseys. The home teams will wear their dark jerseys.

Admission
Gates will open at 7:30 a.m. General Admission - $5.00; Senior Citizens (55+) & Children 5-12 - $3.00; Children under 5 are FREE. All board members and coaches wearing 2016 SVUSA badges are admitted free, as well as players and cheerleaders in uniform. NO PETS (Designated Service Animals OK), SKATEBOARDS, BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SMOKING, DRUGS, or ALCOHOL are allowed in the stadium.
Artificial Turf Field/Track Rules
We will be playing on artificial playing turf, therefore NO sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sodas, sports drinks, gum or chewing tobacco of any kind on the playing surface. Only water is permitted on the field. Teams with a halftime snack must move their players off the turf to the grassy area. Football cleats are not permitted on the track in the stadium. Players wearing cleats are to enter from the designated area at the southern end of the stadium.
Certifications
Certification check in will be held 1 ½ hours before each game. The home team will certify first, followed by the visitor. Certifications will be at the south end of the stadium near the high school locker room. Players MUST have their assigned jersey on at certification.
Warmups
Teams will warm up on the field behind the home stands after certification.Mighty Mites can warm up on the field. Teams should be at the main field no later than 10 minutes before scheduled game time. Teams sitting on the HOME side will warm up on the NORTH end of the field. Visiting team will be announced first and home team will be announced last.
Sidelines
We will provide water jugs for your team and will replenish them between the games. The associations participating in each game are responsible for controlling their own sidelines. We would like to request that your coaches clean up the sidelines, so it is ready for the next team. Only authorized personnel with proper badges are allowed on the sideline. Each team is allowed two water boys and one ball boy. All other players should remain off the sideline.
Snack Bar
No outside food or drink will be allowed in the stadium, including ice chests. Please inform your parents that coolers will not be allowed into the stadium (except team snacks or drinks). The Franklin Jr. Wildcats will have a full snack bar. The snack bar will be located on both sides of the field. The bathrooms are located near the visitor side snack bar and by the home side stands. Tailgating will not be allowed in the high school parking lot(s).

From 99: CA-99 to Elk Grove Blvd in Elk Grove. Head west on Elk Grove Blvd. Then, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Laguna Springs Drive. Continue straight onto Wolf Pack Lane; football stadium will be on the right side.
From I-5: I-5 to Elk Grove Blvd. Head East on Elk Grove Blvd. Then turn right onto Laguna Springs Drive. Continue straight onto Wolf Pack Lane; football stadium will be on the right side.
