SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA – APPLICANTS MUST:
Be an African American male
Be a U.S. citizen
Be enrolled in a Prince William County, Stafford County, Manassas or Manassas Park Public School
Be a graduating high school senior in the 2017– 2018 school year
Have a minimum high school cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
Two Letters of Recommendations
- A letter written by a high school teacher or counselor
- A letter written by a person from a Community Organization, Church, etc.
An official copy of high school transcript (with official seal)
A 700-750 word typewritten, double-spaced essay (see item VIII of this application)
