- Plans for Feb. subdistrict meetings
February Subdistrict Meeting: IDEAS
-October subdistrict meeting was held as a teleconference
Feedback:
-Lori: Good experience overall, Location was difficult being at
Shands JAX; difficult to see initially but became clearer; several students attended, handful of clinicians. Recommend 1 video conference/year, and 1-2 subdistrict meetings.
-Lee Ocala: 1/yr is good and allows access to different speakers;
**Bylaws require each district to meet 3x/year, subdistrict meetings do not count. Possibly do 1 video-conferences, one super-meeting, and the summer meeting.Doing videoconference more than once may be difficult if the Chair doesn’t have access to organize it.
-Subdistrict meetings need to be coordinated on different days
2009: February subdistrict, April Northern District, July Northern District,
October Video Conference.
2010: Gwen will send out dates for tentative subdistrict meeting dates.
E.Date for next Exec. Council meeting-
-Next Meeting Jan or February
-Meeting night before super meeting??
Will contact Sandy Davis re: nominations for elections at Super Meeting
