Introduction
In the Twentieth Century, the questions of security took a primordial Importance in both academic field and decisional spheres, moreover, The importance of the subject is also to be well perceived in its traditional sense of defence and security as well as in its global security dimension (social, individual, environmental … etc).
Beypnd that, we understand all the importance of the issue for decision-making centers especially during manufacturing and giving opinions, and it is for these purposes that Algeria has constitutionalized the mission of national security and devolved it to the Popular National Army, that undertook this mission at all levels, especially:
-The possibility of using military force in order to defend the territory Integration and the possession of planning Engineering while threats exist.
-The power of developing original approaches and original opportunities crises and events when the security situation is qualified national.
In fact, the logic of resorting to military force in the sphere of international relations always plays a prime importance, particular when it comes to its strategic use in order to influence the course of international political events.
Von Clausewitz quoted: " Politics is the continuation of war by other means " takes today more than yesterday all its meaning in the geopolitical and geo-strategic landscape, which increasingly compelsnations around the world to devote important efforts to build military institutions and capacities in order to guarantee a place in the balanc of international games.

Conditionsofparticipation:
-The contribution must be written in: Arabic, French or EnglishLanguage.
-The contribution shall not exceed thirty (30) pages (12,000)Words.
-The abstract of the contribution shall not exceed 200 words.
-The contribution must be written in Times New Roman font, size 12 for French or English contributions or in Simplified Arabic font,size 14 for Arabic contributions.
-References and footnotes should be automatic, in Arabic language: the font is Simplified Arabic, size 12. And in French or English languagthe font is Times New Roman, size 10.
-The contribution shall comply with the Research Scientific Methodology.
-Contributors must comply with the above deadlines.
