PARKING PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION
Ravens Roost 50 would like to thank you for parking with us during last year’s championship football season. We are pleased to extend to you the opportunity to renew your parking spot for the 2015 season. The price for this year will be $405.00. First increase in. four years! This price includes two pre-season games and eight regular season games at $40.00 per game. Baltimore City’s 20% parking tax, administrative fees, lot maintenance and trash pickup is included in your fee. In the event the Ravens reach the playoffs all permit holders will be given priority cash parking with their hangtag. Please see below if you have an oversized vehicle – additional charges apply. Two to four weeks before the preseason starts you will receive your hangtag by return mail.
Please note that the new Casino being built has forced the closing of some parking lots in the area. The stadium has sent our lot information to the tailgaters in the lots who are being displaced. If you have not renewed by July 3, 2015 Ravens Roost 50 cannot guarantee that your parking spot will be available to you.
Payment in full is due by July 3, 2015. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all applications received after July 3, 2015. If you wish to pay by credit card, go to and click on the Parking Permit tab. All major credit cards accepted (a credit card processing fee applies).
If we have not received your payment by this date the remainder of the spots will be opened up to our waiting list. Please note due to the closing of other lots in the area, our lot will be filling fast! Please send your check or money order in the amount of $405.00 to:
