Fort Cox College of Agriculture and Forestry seeks to employ dynamic and qualified person for the vacant post of:

Chief Financial Officer – (Permanent)

Salary Package: R630 822.00 – R743 076.00 per annum including benefits

Minimum Requirements:

·  An appropriate 3 year Degree [NQF-7] in Financial Management/Accounting, Management Accounting, or Equivalent in the related field of study

·  Postgraduate qualification and completed articles will be an added advantage

·  At least a minimum of 5 – 10 years working experience in finance environment, where previous experience must include financial management, audit and risk management, budgeting, revenue management, working capital and cash flow management

·  Previous working experience in the Higher Education Sector will be an added advantage

·  At least a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory and management experience

·  Strong technical knowledge of GRAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

·  Knowledge of the relevant legislative frameworks, including PFMA, National Treasury regulations, Higher Education Act, and FET Act
