–  DM updated HC with Community Council people changes

3  Treasurers Report:

JDM reported a bank balance as at 10th October 2013 of £8717.85

Expenditure: £3724.50

Income: £1242.45

Request for funding for the Invermoriston Children’s Christmas Party.—Approved.

Discussion to approve a donation (£70) to RBL to cover cost of wreaths.-Approved.

4 Renewable Energy Projects:

The CC debated the list of renewable projects proposed for the area.

The list will be updated regularly.

An email from the Corriegarth Wind farm Community Liaison Group offering the FA&GCC a place on the liaison group. Following a discussion it was agreed CP would attend the next meeting. 16th January 2014

Action: SF to contact the group to obtain details and pass to CP.

5  Community Amenity Issues

– Email from HC, regarding a Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places

– Email from Graeme Keddie SSE regarding an invitation to the Launch of the

SSE(Highland) Sustainable Fund on the !9th November in Bonar Bridge

Community Hall at 12 noon. ---Letter from HC regarding “Notification of the Publication of the Inner Moray Firth Proposed Local Development Plan” Discussion took place. Action SF to respond on behalf of the CC
