Forrester Heights Pool Rules

  1. The pool is open from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM daily.
  2. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
  3. Pool access will be through key lock and pool pass. Have your pool pass with you at all times. Homeowners must be current on their HOA dues to use the pool.
  4. There are NO lifeguards at our facility. You are responsible for the safety and well-being of your family and guests. You are not obligated to open the gate for anyone. Please make sure to shut the gate when entering or leaving the pool.
  5. Pool privileges are reserved for homeowners and their guests only. A resident must accompany the guest at all times. Guests should be limited to six per household and a reasonable frequency.
  6. Trespassing will not be tolerated. The police will be notified and trespassers will be removed from the premises. Any guest not accompanied by a homeowner will be considered trespassing. No climbing or jumping the fence at any time.
  7. NO ONE under 14 years of age is permitted in the pool area without supervision. The accompanying adult must be at least 16 years of age or older to supervise children under 14.
  8. Parents of children using any flotation devices must supervise the children. These devices may not be used in such a manner so as to interfere with other members’ normal usage.
  9. No baby diapers are allowed in the pool. Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers. A failure to comply may result in the closing of the pool and/or incurring the cost of sanitizing.
  10. Proper swim wear is required. Jeans or cut-offs are not allowed.
  11. Pets are prohibited within the pool area.
  12. No loud, lewd, or inappropriate behavior will be allowed in the pool area. If using language not suitable for children, you will be asked to leave the pool area.
  13. No running, bicycles, skateboards or skates of any kind are allowed in the pool area. No diving, pushing, wrestling, snapping towels or causing undue disturbance in or about the pool.
  14. No glasses or glass bottles allowed in the pool area. No food or drink allowed at the pool edge or in the pool; please keep food and drinks in the seating area. DHEC states that no person under the influence of drugs or alcohol should be in or near the pool. You will be asked to leave the Association’s property if you are considered intoxicated.
  15. DO NOT LITTER. Please cooperate and keep the pool and washroom areas clean. Properly dispose of all your trash and food. Trash cans have been provided for your convenience.
  16. Please close table umbrellas upon leaving the pool.
  17. The HOA has a right to revoke any homeowner’s access to the pool due to non-compliance of these rules. Pool Committee Members have the authority to enforce such rules and ask anyone not abiding by these rules to leave the pool area.
