SITES:
FORMAT:Competition will consist of 36 holes of Stroke Play.Flights assigned by handicap index and will consist
of (8) players in each flight with (4) places awarded in each flight.Ties will be broken by matching cards in 3-hole
increments, starting with the first hole at second day course.Should a tie exist at the end of play for theGSWGA
Overall Champion, a sudden-death play-off will take place to determine theoverall winner. Runner-up and low gross
Super Senior will be awarded.
HANDICAP: May 1, 2014, handicap revision date will be used forcreating flights.
ENTRY:The tournament is limited to the first 224 golfers who send in a completed required entry form with a $150
check.If more than 224 approved applicants are received, we willprepare alist in waiting of those golfers based on
the earliest received applications.Should a vacancy occur before the May 10th deadline, the list in waitingwill be used
to notify the earliest applicant(s) of her selection into the tournament via email. All checks received from potential
applicants who did not make the tournamentfield will be shredded and securely disposed.
REGISTRATION:Monday May 19th, 5:00pm to 5:45pm at The Embassy Suites.
CANCELLATION: Any cancellations must be received by Margie Williams prior to noon Saturday, May 10, 2014,
