The Florida American Sign Language Teachers Association is pleased to announce sponsorship opportunities for our 2018 Annual Conference: “ 30th Anniversary/200th year of ASL/Deaf Culture Conference”
in Tampa on February 16th-18th. We invite your organization to join us as we continue to explore the best practices for teaching ASL. The FASLTA Annual conference is a great opportunity for you to promote your agency, organization, business or upcoming events.
Please review the sponsorship opportunities listed below for an opportunity that would suit your needs. FASLTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; your donation may be tax-deductible.
TITLE SPONSOR ($5,000+ cash or in-kind):
(ONE ONLY) 2 free exhibit tables, website banner and site banner (to be supplied by the company), 5 complimentary registrations for all workshops/events, logo listed on the program book cover and a full-page color ad (inside front cover).
PLATINUM SPONSOR ($3,000 - $4,999 cash or in-kind):
1 free exhibit table, website banner (supplied by the company), 3 complimentary registrations for all workshops/events, and full-page ad in the program book
GOLD SPONSOR ($2,000-$2,999 cash or in-kind):
1 free exhibit table, website banner (supplied by the company), 2 complimentary registrations for all workshops/events, and full-page ad in the program book
SILVER SPONSOR ($1,000-$1,999 cash or in-kind):
1 free exhibit table, website banner (supplied by the company), 1 complimentary registration for all workshops/events, and 1/2-page ad in the program book
BRONZE SPONSOR ($500-$999 cash or in-kind):
1 free exhibit table, website banner (supplied by the company), 1 complimentary registration for all workshops/events, and 1/4-page ad in the program book
SPECIFIC SPONSORSHIP AREAS: (for cash or in-kind donations)
Keynote speaker, entertainment, business lunch ($1500, catering from hotel & arranged by FASLTA), snacks & drinks ($300, catering from hotel & arranged by FASLTA), tote bags ($300, with FASLTA Conference Logo and sponsoring company logo on opposite side), approved tote-bag literature and novelties, or raffle items. If you have ideas other than those listed, please do not hesitate to contact us. FASLTA would be happy to customize a sponsorship for your convenience.
Sponsorship Deadline: To guarantee sufficient time to prepare the program book, fill out, sign and mail the Sponsorship Confirmation Form with payment (payable to FASLTA) no later than January 15, 2018. **$30 fee will be charged for returned checks**
