Skill Challenge:

Have students break down into their sport education teams. Today’s skill challenge involves a team activity. Each sport education team will need to have one volleyball and need to go to there assigned volleyball court. Each team will line up in a circle in their assigned court. The circle should be about 10ft in diameter and the person to the right or left should be at least arms length apart. From here each team will play a game of “keep it up”. Here students will begin by forearm passing the ball to each other. Few rules though, each student can only hit the ball once before passing it. After passing the ball to a teammate the next teammate passes to another. Remember every one in the group must touch the ball before another student can get a second turn. Also students cannot pass the ball to the person next to them, must go across.
