Do You Live in a House, Apartment or Condominium?

Do you Rent or Own your Home?

If you live in an apartment or condo, what are the rental/lease/condominium regulations regarding pets?

Will you agree to a home visit so that we can see the future environment for one of our puppies?

Do you own other pets? If so, please list species, breed and age.

If you had pets in the past, please list them and why you no longer have them.

Please provide the name and address of your veterinarian, if you have one.

Frenchies and other bully breeds are often not able to swim, and drowning can be a major concern if they live near a pool or body of water.

Do you have a pool on your property, or live near a body of water (lake, river, etc.?) Is it securely fenced and inaccessible to your dog when you cannot watch them carefully?

How many people live with you? Please list each person on a separate line, with their name, age and relationship to you.

Do you work full-time, part-time, work from home, or are home all day?

What is your (and if you have a partner, their) occupation:

If you work, how many hours per day, including commute time, will you be away from home?

How will the puppy be kept safely while you are away?

Puppies cannot go very long in-between potty breaks. How will you cope with this need if you are working full-time?

French Bulldogs can sometimes take longer to housetrain that some other breeds. What method will you use to house train your dog?

Will you take your puppy to training classes?

Why do you want a French Bulldog in your life?

Please tell me what you know about French Bulldogs.

French Bulldogs, like most brachycephalic (short nosed breeds) require an owner’s conscientious dedication to higher-than-average veterinarian expenses than many breeds.

Please explain what you know about their possible health issues and if you are committed to providing this level of care if you get a Force Majeure French Bulldog?

What have you learned about the breed in your search and research?

Force Majeure French Bulldogs are sold on a co-ownership pet spay/neuter contract. We do this because we want to ensure that an owner will spay/neuter their puppy according to the terms of our contract. After proof of spay/neuter, we will sign over full ownership of a Force Majeure puppy to their pet owner.

Do you agree to this?YesNo
