WIB Description of Services

I.  Summer Component
1 / How are youth recruited for the Summer Component of CYEP?
2 / How is youth eligibility assessed and determined for the Summer Component of CYEP? Include the processes for eligibility and enrollment.
3 / Is a waiting list created when there are excess applicants to slots available? How do persons on the waiting list move to available slots if openings occur?
4 / How are youth matched to worksites?
5 / How are CYEP vendors and/or worksites solicited? Include the process used to procure CYEP services and the process and criteria for selection of vendors and worksites across private and public and non-profit employers.
6 / Who is responsible for CYEP oversight at the WIB? Include how worksites and/or vendors are overseen by WIB.
7 / How does the WIB confirm that classroom and/or worksite conditions meet state and federal workplace requirements?
8 / How frequently does the WIB monitor CYEP vendors and worksites during the Summer Component period? How is such monitoring conducted and what does monitoring include and address?
9 / Does the WIB’s CYEP for 2014-2015 have a work readiness and/or classroom and/or educational component? If so, please describe.

13 / How are CYEP records kept and maintained by the WIB? Is a hard copy paper file developed with documentation of eligibility? Is an electronic file created? Are files kept securely and at what location/s?
