1. Strongly attend 4000 hours schedule Maintenance
2. Cylinder head removing and install.
3. Piston servicing with all necessary measurement and install.
4. Liner removing servicing (honing and taking measurement) and install.
5. Capable to open Big end bearing with taking necessary measurement and fitting.
6. Capable to maintenance work of Lube oil cooler, jacket water cooler, charge air cooler.
7. Fuel pump and injector servicing.
8. Assembling and disassembling of Turbocharger.
9. Capable to maintenance work of HFO & Lube oil purifier.
10.Operation and maintenance of firefighting and lifesaving appliance.
11. Folllow and maintain the IMO safety, health , pollution environment policies.

3. Start & stop procedure of Auxiliary Boiler.

6. Monitoring all on going work from control room.
7. Sump level check in engine running time & stop time.
8. To take peak pressure.
9. To check cylinder tightness.
10.Time to time checking Engine condition and all parameters.
11.Capable to make quick decision at faulty conditions.
