All with warm bread and thyme salted butter…

Pumpkin and squashsoup, sautéed wild mushrooms and goats cheese cream.

Trio of Salmon – smoked salmon, kiln potted salmon and salmon pate, basil aioli and lemon.

Pork and black pudding scotch egg, apple sauce and winter slaw.

Baked camembert, smoked almonds and Hendred honey with cranberry and orange chutney.

MAIN COURSES

Roast local Turkey with pork and apricot chipolatas, sage and lemon stuffing,

Roast Oxfordshire Beef and Yorkshire pudding, red wine and thyme gravy,

A proper root vegetable pie with cream, grape mustard and puff pastry,

All the above served with celeriac and beetroot puree, proper roast potatoes, glazed carrots, cauliflower cheese and shredded sprouts, leeks and peas.

Red Thai market fish and King prawn curry, jasmine rice, baby coriander and crispy garlic and shallots.

PUDDINGS

Dark chocolate and pecan tart, spiced maple syrup and coffee ice cream.

Maria’s Christmas pudding parfait and Armagnac soaked plums.

Salcombe Dairy Lemon sorbet and our own limoncello.

Oxford Blue cheese, smoked chilli jam and fruit biscuits.
