hereinafter referred to as "Customer", on the other hand, have concluded an agreement on the following:

1. Subject of the contract:

1.1. The subject of this contract is full-time training of the Customer on a payment basis at the PreliminaryCourses of the Faculty of General Medicine for Overseas Students (FGMOS) in the following subjects: Russian language, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics;

1.2. The Customer shall be admitted to the University to study the Russian language, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Physics.

2. The period of study is 7-9 months.

3. The tuition fee is set annually on the assumption of training costs, approved by Order of the Head of a higher educational institution and additional contracts shall be attached to the present contract being an integral part of it.

4. Procedure of changing the tuition fee.

The tuition fee stipulated in this contract may be amended in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The adjusted tuition fee is formalized ​​by supplementary agreements, which are an integral part of this agreement and the basis for payment. In case of any corrections (increases) of the tuition fee the Customer is to pay the remainder from the difference in the fee not later than 10 daysafter the issuance of the appropriate order by the Head of the higher educational institution.

5. How to pay the tuition fee.

According to the present contract, the Customer is to pay the tuition fee for the whole period of study within 3 days from the date of signing the contract in U.S. dollars to banks or transmit money onto the non-cash account of the University.

In case there are some academic failures (failed tests, examinations or credits and missed classes) without a valid reason, the Customer affects an additional payment of this service in accordance with the law.

The training charges referred to in paragraph 3 of this contract do not include the fees for living in a hostel of the high school, for use of its public and medical services.

The Customer shall pay an additional fee for the technical maintenance of the premises and for the use of it, as well as for utility services on the basis of a contract of hostel tenancy.

Medical services are provided at extra cost in accordance with the price list of the medical services.

In case the Customer repeats his/her year of studies, he/she is to pay a tuition fee relevant for the corresponding academic year.

The training charges referred to in paragraph 3 of this contract do not include the fees for living in a hostel of the high school, for use of its public and medical services.

The money paid for the training will not be returned to the Customer even if he/sheleaves the University on his/her own initiative.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Customer:

6.1. The Rights and Obligations of the Customer are determined byInternal Regulations of the high school, the Internal Regulations of the hostel, as well as other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;

6.2. The Customer shall:

6.2.1. within 3 days after crossing the borders of the Republic of Belarus:

- Make a contract of compulsory medical insurance;

- Pay the tuition fee for the relevant academic year in the amount and on the terms specified hereof;

- Register his /her temporal residence in Citizenship and Migration offices;

- Pass medical examination confirming the absence of contraindications to study in the Republic of Belarus, in the territorial health organization, defined by the University within 10 days after crossing the border of the Republic of Belarus;

6.2.2. Attend lectures and classes, in a certain time comply with the requirements of curriculum and training programs and maintain academic discipline;

6.2.3. When leaving the territory of the Republic of Belarus the Customer must receive a permit of the high school with the legalization of an exit visa in the prescribed manner;

6.2.4. undergo medical examination in the health organization after returning from vacation spent out the Republic of Belarus;

6.3. The Customer or his/her parents shall pay all the costs, in case the Customer is to be deported from the Republic of Belarus.

6.4. Observe the Constitution and Internal Regulations of the University, take care of the technical means of training, educational literature and property of the Contractor.

6.5. In case the Customer damages the property of the Contractor, he/she is to bear civil legal responsibility for the damage in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Obligations and rights of the Contractor:

7.1. Admit the Customer to the University and teach him (her) in Russian in accordance with the curriculum and academic programs;

7.2. In case of the implementation of the curriculum and the academic program in the academic subjects and passing the Final Examinations the Contractor issues the Customer a Certificate of completion of Preliminary courses;

7.3. Provide the Customer along with Byelorusian students, rights to use classrooms, equipment, library, reading rooms, teaching aids and materials, sports and cultural facilities of the high school;

7.4. To assist in obtaining in the prescribed manner entry (exit) visas to travel to the country of residence and other countries;

7.5. The Contractor is entitled to expel the Customer:

- On his/her own initiative;

- For late payment of the tuition fee;

- For academic failure;

- For health reasons provided by a formal certificate issued by a health organization and certifying the impossibility to continue training;

- In case of violation, failure or untimely performance of the obligations specified in subparagraphs 6.2.1-6.2.4 of paragraph 6 of this contract, as well as on other grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;

- For systematic violation of discipline and the Internal Regulations of the University.

7. Obligations and rights of the Executor:

7.01. Admit the Customer to the University and to teach him (her) in Russian, in accordance with the curriculum and academic programs;

7.2. In case of the implementation of the curriculum and the academic programin theacademic subjects and passing the final examinationsthe Executor issues the Customer a certificate on the completion of PreliminaryCourses;

7.3. Provide the Customer along with Byelorusian students, rights to use classrooms, equipment, library, reading rooms, teaching aids and materials, sports and cultural facilities of the high school;

7.4. To assist in obtaining in the prescribed manner entry (exit) visas to travel to the country of residence;

7.5. The Executor is entitled to expel the Customer:

- On his/her own initiative;

- For late payment the tuition fee;

- For academic failure;

- For health reasons providedby a formal certificatecertifying the impossibility to continuetraining issued by ahealth organization;

- In case of violation, failure or untimely performance of the obligations specified in subparagraphs 6.2.1-6.2.4 of paragraph 6 of this contract, as well as on other grounds provided by legislation of the Republic of Belarus;

- For systematic violation of discipline and Internal Regulations of the school.

8. Additional conditions:

8.1 The cost of living in a hostel is set on the basis of the hostel tenancy contract and is not included in the tuition fee.

8.2. The cost of registration is set for the year by the Citizenship and Migration Office of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee and is not included in the tuition fee either.

9. Miscellaneous terms:

9.1. The contract shall enter into force upon its signing and shall continue until the Parties fulfill their obligations;

9.2. After signing the contract the admission of the Customer is legalized by the Order of the Head of the University after payment of the tuition fee and upon presentation of the medical certificate certifying passing the obligatory medical examination in the territorial health organization, and of a document confirming the payment of the tuition fee;

9.3. The period of study at the University includes winter and summer holidays, established for all the students at the University in accordance with the educational process;

9.4. The contract may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties. The amendments are formalized by supplementary agreements, which are its integral part;

9.5 The agreement may be terminated before the appointed time by mutual agreement or unilaterally initiated by the Contractor in case of the Customer`s dismissal on the grounds specified in subparagraph 7.5 hereof;

9.6. The contract disputes are considered in due course in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
