Pony 15 years or over Ridden or in hand

Class 10: Most Handsome Gelding £6

Class 11: Leading Rein !! £6

To be ridden in a snaffle bridle. Riders 10 years and under.

Class 12: First Ridden !! £6

1st ridden off the lead rein. Riders 12 years and under

Pony judged on manners, kindness and sensible going

Rules and Conditions of Entry

1.  A hat of standard PAS 015 or EN 1384 must be worn with chin straps

fastened at all times when mounted.

ANY CHILD LEADING OR RIDING A PONY OR HORSE

MUST WEAR A HARD HAT WITH CHIN STRAP FASTENED

2.  The judges’ decision is final in all cases. Run under PC Rules 2012.

3.  Objections may be made in writing within 15 minutes of the incident

with a deposit of £10. This will be returned if the objection is upheld.

4.  Entries will be limited on a first come first served basis. Late entries,

at £2 extra, will be accepted, provided the class is not full.

5.  Entry fees will not be refunded without a valid veterinary or medical

certificate.

6.  In the event of the cancellation of the event, entry fees will be refunded

less £5 per competitor for administration costs.

7.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse entries, cancel or alter the

times or divide the classes without prior notice or to withdraw

any horse thought to be in an unsound or unfit condition.

8.  The misuse of spurs, whips or any other items of tack causing

discomfort to the horse may result in elimination, as will use of bad

language. All at the organisers’’, judges’ and stewards’ discretion.

9.  Dogs on short leads only.

10.  The organisers have taken all reasonable precaution to ensure the

health and safety of everyone present. No claim can be entertained

by the organisers for any injury, loss or damage, caused to or

suffered by any pony, competitor, onlooker, attendant or any other

person or vehicle, in connection with or arising from this event, whether

or not, the said damage, injury or loss is felt to be caused by the

negligence of the organisers or anyone assisting in the running of this

event.

11.  Please remember that this event is on private land. Do not leave litter or

muck out lorries or trailers onto the land.

12.  Gates must be shut at all times.
