Jake Shimabukuro Announces New Ukulele Method at Hal Leonard NAMM Booth

Ukulele Superstar to Appear in Booth 5720 on Friday, January 20, to Announce His First-Ever Method and Sign Autographs

MILWAUKEE – Ukulele superstar Jake Shimabukuro has teamed up with Hal Leonard to release his first-ever ukulele method. Jake will visit the Hal Leonard booth to announce the book with online video lessons at the NAMM show on Friday, January 20. The press is invited to a photo opportunity with Jake at 3:45 pm in the Hal Leonard booth #5720 located in Hall B. Immediately following the press announcement, Jake will sign autographs for NAMM visitors at 4:00.

Jake Shimabukuro Teaches Ukulele Lessons features Jake introducing notes, chords, songs, and playing techniques. The book includes instruction and transcriptions of every example and the full-length online video features Jake teaching and demonstrating all the skills and techniques from the book. The book also includes access to recordings of the demonstrations in the book. The audio and video are accessed online using the unique code inside each book and can be streamed or downloaded. The audio files include PLAYBACK+, a multi-functional audio player that allows players to slow down audio without changing pitch, set loop points, change keys, and pan left or right.
