STORYBOARD

FOR GENETIC DISORDERS POWERPOINT

To aid you in gathering your research and making your PowerPoint presentation (PPt), a storyboard has been provided. The Storyboard is the layout of the PPt complete with prompts for the information that should go on each slide. You have also been provided with a Basic PowerPoint Template that has been formatted for the items you must include in your report and to match the Storyboard. It is on the school G: drive.

USING THE STORYBOARD

The Storyboard is designed as a tool to help you organize information from your research and to make your PPt. You will find much data on the Internet. Some of the lengthier information you will copy/paste into your Genetic Notes Word document. (Or handwrite onto your hard copy-your choice) Some of the shorter data you may just write directly onto your Storyboard document. After you have gotten all your research from the Internet, printout your Genetic Notes. Read through and highlight or mark in some way the information you need to complete your Storyboard. Check off the slides in the Storyboard as you find the information. If you find you are still missing some data, go back to the Web and find it.
