INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22 / Eligibility of Tenderer / a)Any tenderer authorized by bonafide manufacturer or manufacturer’s authorized dealer/ Agent.agent to supply Engine Generator & Air Cooler.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10(Ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. Lists of major supplies along with reference number and address for quick verification.
c) The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Goods(i.e GPS, DGPS, RTK Receiver, Beacon Transmitter)of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 7 years Contract value of at least 14.00 crore taka.
OR
The tenderer shall have signed agreement with the manufacturer mentioning the full responsibility to complete supply, installation, commissioning and training and the manufacturer shall have the following:
i)The minimum specific experience of manufacture in supply of similar Goods (i.e GPS, DGPS, RTK Receiver, Beacon Transmitter) of at least 02 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years a value of at least USD 2m.
ii)Recognition/Recommendation of IALA, ISO, ITU, IEC etc.
iii)Minimum 10 years experience of manufacturing of (DGPS Reference Station) supplying, installation and commissioning of similar equipment /devices (proper documents should be submitted).
In this case manufacturer’s experience will be treated as tenderer’s experience.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be tk. 18 crore,
