Cricket Wellington women’s newsletter -
For former and current players
Greetings everyone, my name is Sophie Devine a current White Fern and Wellington Blaze player and I am also working part time for Cricket Wellington as part of the NZC contracted players group, focusing on promoting girls and women’s cricket in the region. I have been having regularly meetings with Trish McKelvey and we both felt there was a great lapse in communication with former players from the organization. The purpose of this newsletter is to reconnect with players and inform them of current happenings in the women’s game today.

Former players’ gathering
Cricket Wellington is working hard on organizing a gathering for former Blaze and Wellington representatives. At this stage we want to bring together both current and former female Wellington representatives to watch the current Blaze players play at the Basin Reserve and reminiscence over years gone by! We would love to know if you would be interested in attending such an event.
