Scholarship Application

Postmarked Deadline: Monday, March 8th, 2016

Antelope Valley Section of the Society of Women Engineers will administer two $1000.00 scholarships funded by Northrop Grumman Corporation and Lockheed Martin Corporation to encourage women to study engineering, including computer science, and to help alleviate the financial burden.

1.  Applicant must have permanent residence within the Antelope Valley, California (defined as zip codes starting with 935**).

2.  Be in a position to apply the scholarship toward undergraduate engineering studies, following acceptance of the award. This includes high school seniors, transfer students from a local 2 year college to an ABET accredited program, and current undergraduate students.

3.  Supply all the information, including an official transcript, required for a complete application.
