Attendance Age – Our registration with Ofsted, specificallythe Childcare Register, requires children to have reached school Year One. This means that to attend this summer, children must be born on or before31st Aug 2010.
Registration Form – To help ensure the best possible care for your child and compliance with Ofsted & statutory requirements, we require a completed Registration Form for all children who attend. In addition to first time attendees, existing members are required to complete a new form for Summer 2016. Registration Forms can be downloaded from our website

Standard & Sibling Fee - The Standard feeis charged for one child attending. The Sibling fee is charged for siblings attending on the same day.
Payment of Playscheme Fees:
Post your Booking Form with a cheque payable to “Bentham Country Club” - Bentham Playscheme, Bentham Country Club, Bentham Lane, Bentham, Gloucester, GL3 4UD. Alternatively, you can call 01452 864157 Mon – Fri (before 6pm please) and pay with a credit/debit card. Child and booking details will be taken so there is no need to return this Booking Form. Please remember to send us your completed Registration Form prior to your child’s attendance.
Through childcare voucher schemes via employers. We are registered with all principal schemes. Please call for assistance.
If requested, a receipt will be sent to you using the email address you provided above. For parents without email, it can be collected upon arrival. All card transaction receipts will be given upon arrival.
Helping parents – if the total balance of your Playscheme fees exceed £200 and you would like help in spreading the cost, please contact us to discuss how we can help.
It is not compulsory to book and pay for cooked lunches in advance. You can order and pay for these daily on arrival. Menu listings are available at
Cancellation & Illness – Places must be booked and paid for in advance because we need to ensure we have the correct number of Playworkers on duty for the number of children in attendance. We will refund payment for cancelled dates providing we receive 14 day’s prior notice. We are unable to refund payments made by childcare vouchers because the way childcare vouchers currently work prevents settings from crediting their member’s accounts.
In the unfortunate event that your child cannot attend due to illness or injury, our policy is more flexible than the industry norm. To promote the welfare of all children and staff, parents must observe the recommended exclusion periods for ill or infectious children e.g. 48 hours from last outset of vomiting/ diarrhoea. We will credit missed sessions for a future holiday Playscheme upto a year, subject to parental notification of absence and,if over a three day illness/absence,validation with a doctor’s note.
