Summer Band is a great way to get started on your instrument! Summer Band will be Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 5th, at the Westmoore High School Band Room. Westmoore is located at 12613 South Western. The band room is located at the northeast corner of the school. Tuition is $50.00. Students will be enrolled at class time on the first day. If you are unable to attend Summer Band we will start you on the first day of school.

7:00 – 7:50 PM / Beginning Band / Instruments: Clarinet, Saxophone, Cornet and Trumpet, French Horn, Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba, Percussion
8:00 - 8:50 PM / 8th Grade Band

OBTAINING AN INSTRUMENT

Buying or borrowing from a second party. Be sure that the instrument is in top playing condition. The music stores listed above have experienced technicians who can inspect and repair your instrument.

School-owned instruments. Baritone, Tuba, Bassoon, and French Horn. You can purchase the mouthpiece (or reed) and the book from one of the music stores listed above.
