I hereby agree and understand the following:
1. Uniforms: The uniform will include a jersey & pants, which are the property of the FAA and are to be returned to the FAA at the end of the season. Each child will receive a pair of socks which the child keeps. If the uniform is not returned prior to the end of EACH SEASON reimbursement to the FAA will be paid!

2. Volunteerism: Although not expected, all parents are encouraged to volunteer for field and shed clean up days, game day field prep & post clean up, concession stand work, etc. The FAA greatly appreciates all of our Parent volunteers and there are also opportunities for older players and siblings in which community service hours are generated.

3. Registration Fees: Are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
