Foley’s School Parent Portal
SchoolBase Online® is a web-based system to enable parents to access selected data from the SchoolBase® school management database. To achieve this, a connection is established between your child’s data on the school network and a secure hosted web server. You can therefore access your child’s information via the internet on any web-enabled device, including computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones.
If you have more than one child in the school, you will be able to select which child’s information you want to see.
Throughout this guide we have used the singular (child) to mean one or more children!
Logging in
Enter the IP address 212.31.103.90 in the address bar of your Internet browser and press ENTER.
To access the parent portal, you need to have a Username and Password assigned to you. These details are emailed to you by the school. The Username is fixed, but you are asked to change the password at the earliest opportunity. The school cannot see this password.
On logging in, you will be met by the Dashboard which has several gadgets with up to date data.
Gadgets
Recent/unread documents
Here you have access to documents in PDF format of parents letters and pupils’ reports.
Recent/unread notices
Register notes will appear in this section.
Timetable
This shows today’s timetable for your child. There is also a menu option (see later) which shows the timetable for the whole week.
Events
A scrollable list of upcoming events. Click on the i for more details.

Attendance
A pie chart showing the termly/year’s attendance for each child.
Main menu
The main menu is accessed by clicking on in the top left hand corner of the dashboard.
Log out
Logs you out of current session.
Change password
Change your initial password straightaway. Don’t let the browser save the details if the computer is shared and you do not want to give all the users access to your account.
Personal details
This allows you to review and change your personal details including contact information. If you get an error message when you select save, press it again.
Child details
You can review the information stored about your children in the school database. However, you cannot change/save this data. If there is an error, please contact the school secretary.
Calendar & events
Displays the school calendar and events. You can choose month, week or day view.
Notice board
Shows all register notes.
Timetable
Displays the week’s timetable for each child (only for PrepU6 at the moment)
View attendance
Displays the attendance record for your child. This can be exported as a PDF or spreadsheet document.
To go back to the main screen, select Home from the top right hand of the screen.
To refresh, click on the Foley’s School logo in the top left.
Note: you are automatically logged out after a period of time.
