Thank you for your FoI Request dated 16th March 2015, in which you requested information regarding the Troubled Families Programme. I apologise for the delay in responding.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 directs local authorities to confirm whether or not requested information is held. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held and respond to your request as below.

1.  How many Lead Professionals/Keyworkers/Dedicated Workers (ie. 1-2-1 support staff) across council staff and/or commissioned providers are working with the TF families for the years

Response: This information is not held in a readily retrievable format and there is no automated mechanism for the collation of the required data. Therefore, provision of this information would require manual review and processing of a large volume of data, considerably exceeding the limit to time and resource under FOIA.
