Registration Fee: The Meeting Fee covers the cost of meeting materials, meeting coordination, conference facilities, coffee breaks, and some meals.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations can be transferred to another person. If you must cancel, notify Karen Millerby December 16, 2013, to receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee. There is a 50% fee for cancellation afterDecember 16, 2013.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

Hotel Registration is the responsibility of the Attendee. Conference and Hotel Registrations are separate. Government rates available by phone or online.

Our conference rate is $169 single/double (plus tax) and includes in-room internet & discounted parking ($7/night).

The room block deadline is December 11, 2013. After this date, rooms and rates are released and cannot be guaranteed.
