Flowood’s 12th Annual Arts & Crafters Fair

You are invited to take place in an exclusive event that will host impressive artist & crafters from around the Mississippi area. We will showcase art students as well as presenting a creative atmosphere to display & sell your wares. This event will be highly publicized. THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL ARTS & CRAFTS AND DISPLAY BOOTHS:
- All Arts & Crafts must be handcrafted items (NO IMPORTS OR WHOLESALE)
- A 12’ x 12’ booth space will cost $50.00 (Early Bird) These spaces will be assigned to the first 75 entries.Registration fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for your tables, chairs, & tent (tents no larger than 12’ x 12’ with stakes no longer than 8”).
- No electricity available
- Items that are considered weapons will not be allowed for sale. This includes fake or play guns, knives, firecrackers, poppers, etc. The event committee reserves the right to refuse anyone a space if the products they sell are deemed unsuitable for our fair.
- Music may not be played at the booths as this may conflict with the entertainment on the main-stage and other vendors.
- Vendors must sell out of their booth space only.
- Parking is limited to designated parking areas only. You can only walk in with dolly or wagon (no vehicles on field) to unload and then park your vehicle in a designated parking lot area. Please bring your own dolly or wagon to transport your items.
- The Booth areas may begin setting up Friday, May 20thbeginning at 8:00 p.m. completed by 10:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. the following day. All booths must be ready to go by 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016.The Arts & Crafts area will open at 4 p.m. Saturday evening sharp!
- If more space is required, you may purchase an additional booth space side by side for an additional $45 (Total $95).
- The number of craft vendors will be limited to the first 75 entries and will be assigned by the product sold, (so as not to overload similar items in one area, the committee will do our best with limited space available).
- Mississippi State Tax Commission office must collect sales tax from each vendor at the end of the day. We need for everyone to charge the normal 7% on every dollar sold, fill out a small form provided by us (day of fair), and take to information table near double entry gate by 8:30 p.m. You must pay sales tax in check form;

AFTER THE DEADLINE THE FEES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
May 2nd – May 6th $75.00
May 9th–May 13th $100.00

With this being Flowood’s 12th Annual Arts & Crafters Fair, we would like to assure you of our efforts to present one of the very best shows around. We have established a high profile draw for all of our events surrounded by a beautiful and safe facility. Therefore it is imperative that you return your application as soon as possible so that you may be one of our first 75 applicants.

IF YOU ARE A NEW VENDOR WITH US PLEASE SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR WORK AND INCLUDEWITH THIS APPLICATION.
