-The services are to be supplied at the ITER site in Cadarache, France.
-The fix lump sum price is calculated on the basis of days actually worked.
-For the purposes hereof, the fix lump sum prices are based on eight (8) working hours.
-Fix lump sum prices must include all expenses that are necessary to deliver the services including travel, accommodation, daily subsistence allowances and any other conceivable expenses.
