Firstflex Cables Fishing Prize Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry

Firstflex Cables ‘Fishing’ Prize Competition – Terms and Conditions of Entry.

1. This competition applies only to purchases of Firstflex Cables products during the promotion period of 1st August 2015 to 30th September 2015 from any R. Redpaths Branches.

2. Purchase $100.00 nett on one invoice of any Firstflex Cables products to qualify for one entry into the prize draw to win 1 of 6 places on a hosted two night trip to Auckland with 1 day fishing. Every additional $100.00 nett spent on the same invoice of any Firstflex Cable products receives one additional entry.

3. The dates of the trip are as follows, flying to Auckland on Thursday 10th March 2016 returning Saturday 12th March 2016, with the days fishing on the Friday 11th March 2016. If it should need to be postponed due to predicted poor weather the postponement dates for the trip will be the following week. Thursday 17th March 2016 to Saturday 19th March 2016.

4. The prize draw includes a domestic return airfare to Auckland. Transfers within Auckland. Two nights’ accommodation at Sky City Hotel or similar. A full day’s fishing on a fully equipped high speed power boat. And all meals and drinks provided during the hosted parts of the trip. A full agenda will be given to each winner, ahead of the trip.

4. The winners will be drawn by no later than Friday 16th October 2015, and notified within two days of the draw.

Firstflex Cables ‘Fishing’ Prize Competition - General Terms and Conditions.

1. Eltrade Industries Ltd trading as Firstflex Cables, will be referred to in all promotional material and all Terms and Conditions as Firstflex Cables.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of this Prize Competition. By entering the Firstflex Cables ‘Fishing’ Prize Competition (“the Prize Competition”), entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

3. Entry is open to R. Redpaths trade contractors and account holders only (normal trading terms apply). The prize remains the property of the account holder. Accounts must be within current trading terms. No credits on products purchased for this promotion are permitted.

4. Employees of Firstflex Cables, R. Redpaths and any agencies associated with these promotions and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected, late or illegible entries.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. An entry will be declared void if it is incomplete, lost, late, illegible, stolen, damaged, unauthorised, photocopied or invalid in any way.

7. Winners will be notified in accordance with details available to the Promoter relative to their entry and the contact details supplied by the entrant.

8. Prize winner notification will include information on the prize including the set dates of the trip and an agenda.

9. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner after one month following the original draw date, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to randomly draw a new winner of that prize from eligible participants on the same Terms and Conditions as the original draw. This process will be followed until a winner is found.

10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this prize competition, the prizes or using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. By accepting a prize you agree to be available for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, including photographs and interviews. Winners acknowledge that their personal details including photographs may be published in newspapers, magazines and on the internet.

12. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used for the purposes of the Prize Competition and in particular to notify prize winners and to verify prize winners’ identities. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by R. Redpaths or such other place as is notified to the entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. The Promoter will destroy all entries once all prizes have been claimed.

13. The Promoter is Eltrade Industries Ltd trading as Firstflex Cables, 58 Rangi Road,

Takanini, Auckland and R. Redpaths 55-59 Ferry Road, Christchurch. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. All prize components are subject to availability. Any additional meals, beverages, spending money, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. All elements of the prize package are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

15. Where there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the Standard R.Redpath Terms and Conditions, the Standard R.Redpath Terms and Conditions will prevail.
