First-Time Login H.O.A. Website

You’ve come this far so you have heard our community now has its own website. The purpose of the web site is to improve communications within the community and allow residents to quickly and easily find information about the happenings in our community. The site will only be as good as we make it, so please contribute any content that you think would be helpful and let us know what would make the site more useful to you.

The site has both public and private (resident-only) areas:

* If you are not a resident of our community you can still access many of the features of our website which are available to the public without logging in. You can also log in as a guest. To obtain guest login information please contact the management, The phone number is 970-224-9134

*If you are a resident of our community and you'd like access, you should already be setup in the system. Open the site, go to Resident Login, and use your last name and the first four numbers in your mailing address together with no spaces as your login and password. For instance, “smith2427” would work as the login name and password for Joe Smith at 2427 HOA Street. Once you have logged in, please go to user profile and change your login and password to whatever you like. While you are in the user profile, please provide the neighborhood with as much info about your family as you feel comfortable with. Please do not hesitate to provide an email address. You can check the box that hides it from other neighbors if you choose to. Some people do not want to get spammed by having there email address in a public place. However, this will allow you to receive email bulletins throughout the year about happenings in your neighborhood you might otherwise miss out on.

PLEASE! Login into the website at least once, and complete your user profile. This will enable the board to communicate more clearly and efficiently, what is going on in your neighborhood.

DO NOT HESITATE to give us your email address. Just check the box in the profile that says, “Hide from Address Book.” This will enable us to send you email bulletins, but no one else will ever see or have access to your email address. You can do the same with your phone number.
