First Steps to Remedy Concerns:

  1. If an issue with a neighbor, please try discussing with the neighbor directly.
  2. If an issue regarding a Canton ordinance violation, please contact Canton ordinance directly.
  3. If neither of the above steps apply to your concern, submit this form.

If your intent is to file a complaint about the (in)action of another Kirkway homeowner, we do strongly suggest that you address this problem directly with that homeowner (step #1 above). Many problems are often simple misunderstandings that can be addressed quickly and cordially by talking directly with your neighbor. Please be aware that this form may be shared with the associated homeowner. Unsigned forms will be ignored.
