In consideration of the foregoing, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive and release and agree not to sue the Sanger Recreation
Department, its principals the City of Sanger, Pro Race Group, Sanger Chamber of Commerce, Sanger Unified School District, any and all sponsors, organizers, volunteers, contractors, subcontractors or administrators of the event, as well as any officer, director, employee or agent of and of the foregoing with respect to any claims that may arise in connection with my participation in the Blossom Trail Run or any related event, including but not limited to any and all claims of personal injury or property damage. I understand that the Blossom Trail Run is a dangerous activity and I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. I grant full permission to the race medical officials to authorize emergency treatment on my behalf if they deem it necessary. I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use me name, my voice, and my picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event for any purpose whatsoever. I understand that the events will take place rain or shine, and that my entry fee is non-refundable.
If I am under 18 years of age, this release and agreement is being signed by my parent or legal guardian on both my and his/her behalf.
By my signature below, I hereby certify and acknowledge that I have read this document and understand each and every paragraph contained in this waiver. I am
aware that this is a full release of liability on behalf of the City of Sanger as described above and sign it of my own free will.

§ Pin race number (use the 4-small holes) to the FRONT of your shirt
o Verify information on the finish tag; changes/corrections must be made by race officials BEFORE event starts
o Race number: Yellow=FEMALE runner; White=MALE runner; Gray=FEMALE/MALE WALKER
o Race number must be visible during the event
o Do NOT pin or detach the finish tag
§ Start & finish in downtown Sanger on 7th Street between West & ‘O’ Streets (3 blocks east of City Hall)
§ Arrive early to allow time to park your car and warm up!
o 6:45 am to 7:45 am (sharp!) – Race Day Registration/T-shirt Pickup
o 7:30 am – 10K Walk (non-competitive)
o 7:40 am – 1/2-Mile Kids Run – Boys & Girls, ages 10-12 (non-competitive)
o 7:50 am – 1/4-Mile Kids Run – Boys, ages 8-9 (non-competitive)
o 7:55 am – 1/4-Mile Kids Run – Girls, ages 8-9 (non-competitive)
o 8:00 am – 1/4-Mile Kids Run – Boys & Girls, ages 6-7 (non-competitive)
o 8:05 am – 1/4-Mile Kids Run – Boys & Girls, ages 5 & under (non-competitive)
o 8:15 am – 10K/6.21-Mile Run, Valley Runner of the Year Series 30-Point Event
o 8:20 am – 2-Mile Run or Walk (competitive-timed with awards)
§ Finish Line – race number must be VISIBLE to enter the finish chute
o Follow finish line/chute personnel instructions
o RUN past the finish line - do NOT stop - CONTINUE to the end of the chute
o While in the chute, STAY in finish order - do NOT pass others
o While in the chute, detach finish tag and hand it to race personnel at the end of the chute
o Walk AWAY from the chute so others may do so
o Refreshments available
§ Race results displayed east-side of McNairy CPA Office building (1430 7th Street – one block east of finish line)
§ Ceremony after 10K Run (7th & ‘O’ Street – two blocks east of finish line)
o Awards (male & female) overall in 2-Mile & 10K Events. 1-3 in each age division 2-Mile & 10K events
o Awards may be picked up at Sanger Recreation Office
