Abstract

This section should summarize the content of the paper and should detail the problems, experimental approach, major findings and conclusion in one paragraph. Avoid abbreviation, diagram and references in the abstract. It should be single – spaced and Try to keep the abstract below 150 words and should not exceed 200 words for full papers. Please make sure that the margins and layout explained below is followed as this will help us to maintain uniformity in the final print version of the journal. Both form and content of the paper has to be as per these guidelines else your paper will not be published even though its content has been accepted.

Keywords: Provide about 4-6 key words which can identify the most important subjects covered by the paper. They must be placed at the end of the abstract

1. Introduction

The paper must be divided into various sections starting with 'Introduction' and ending with 'Conclusions'. Text of paper should be divided into- Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgement, References,or suitable headings in reviews and theoretically oriented papers.

The text must be presented into two columns with figures and Tables in their proper place. The table heading may have 12 bold font titles. The graph/figure may have 12 pt bold font titles with good resolution. The table/figure heading MUST be in the text form and should not form part of the image.

The manuscript should include a brief introduction stating the purpose of the investigation and relating the manuscript to similar previous research. Only information essential to the arguments should be presented.

The paper must be in final form since we will publish it directly. Paper should be exactly in this format .

The manuscript should be prepared in English using “MS Word” with A4page. “Times New Roman” font should be used. The font size should be of 12pt but main subheadings may be of 14pt. The research article can be up to 2500 words excluding references and abstract. For proper referring and fast publication, all manuscript should be grammatically correct.

Mathematical formulas and other technical formatting software print in italic type, with subscripts and superscripts in a slightly smaller font size is acceptable.

2. Headings and Footnotes

Major headings are to be in a bold font without underline as above. They need be numbered. "2. Headings and Footnotes" at the top of this paragraph is a major heading.

2.1 Subheadings

Subheadings should be as the above heading “2.1 Subheadings”. They should start at the left-hand margin on a separate line.

The top of this paragraph shows a sub-subheading.

Title: The title should be centered across the top of the first page and should have a distinctive font of 18 points Times New Roman. It should be in a bold font and in lower case with initial capitals.

Authors’ Names and Addresses: The authors’ names and addresses should be centered below the title. These lines should be 9 points Times New Roman.

Illustrations or pictures: All illustrations or pictures should be clear black and white prints. Provide with the best quality illustrations or pictures for printing.

2.1 Footnotes

Footnotes should be typed in singled-line spacing at the bottom of the page and column where it is cited. Footnotes should be rare.

3. Materials and Methods

This section must contain specific details about the materials studied, instruments used, specialized chemicals source and related experimental details which allow other research worker to reproduce the results. The journal will not be held responsible if any kind of plagiarism followed and the editor’s decision would be final if any litigation arises during processing or after publishing.

4. Results and Discussion

The results should be concisely presented. Results and discussion may be separate or combined based on the author’s requirement.

5. Tables, Figures and Equations

5.1 Tables and Figures

All figures and tables must be sequentially numbered (1,2,3,etc.). Caption to be placed below the figures or above the table as specified using font size of 8.

5.2 Equations

Equations should be numbered consecutively throughout the text. Equation numbers should be enclosed in parentheses. Equations should be referred to as Eq. (1) in the text where 1 is the equation number. In multiple-line equations, the number should be given on the last line.

6. Conclusions

Manuscript should have relevant brief conclusion (limit of 200) and should reflect the importance and future scope.

Appendix

Appendixes, if required, appear before the acknowledgment.

Acknowledgments

This section can be kept at the end of the manuscript before reference section and should not be more than 50 words. This section can be used to acknowledge the help of those who do not qualify for authorship or to acknowledge funding, donated resources or significant contribution to the research.

References

References should be arranged alphabetically by author's surname in the following pattern:

For journal reference

[1]  Last Name A and Last Name B, Journal Paper Title. Journal Name, Vol 1 (Issue 2): Page No – Page No, (Year).

For Book reference

[2]  Last Name A and Last Name B, Name of Book , 1 Edn, Vol 2, Publisher Name : Page No – Page No, (Year).

For Chapters in book reference

[3]  Last Name A and Last Name B . Title of Chapter. In: Name of Book , Publisher, Place, Page No –Page No, ( Year ).

For Thesis Reference

[4]  Last Name A, Title of Thesis, Name of Institute, Place, Page No.-Page No, (Year).

For Patent reference

[5]  Last Name A and Last Name B. Patent Title, Patent Authority Name, Patent Number, (Year).
