First Level Intensive:
- Your first day is free! J
- Fees for 1 full day, including 2 Hatha Yoga classes and 1-2 lectures, are only 400 Baht.
- Discounts are available for weekly (2,100 Baht) and monthly (6,900 Baht) payments.
- To receive the First Level Intensive Achievement Certificate you need: (1) to have attended a minimum of 18 days in full (i.e., all 3 classes of each day), and (2) to have paid for the First Level Intensive in full (24 days).
- All students of Course Level 1 must register prior to each class attended, no matter whether you are repeating or it’s your first day!
- Students who expect to receive an Achievement Certificate for this course (by completing a minimum of 18 days) should inform the Registration Office by Monday of Week 4. If you expect to receive this certificate but will leave before the Final Ceremony (when such certificates are provided), inform the Registration Office at least 5 days before your departure so we have time to prepare your materials specially.
- A course book is included free with course registration paid fully in advance (6,900 Baht or online) prior to the course start. All students who pay by the day or week will receive A4 papers. The First Level Intensive course book may be purchased for 300 Baht by those who have paid in full.
Course Levels 2 and 3:
- Beginning with Level 2, full payment for each course level is required upon registration. No partial payments will be allowed. To be able to advance to Course Level 2, you need: (1) to have attended a minimum of 13 days in full, (2) to attend the remainder of all classes in the First Level Intensive in parallel with your Level 2 courses, and (3) to have paid in full for the First Level Intensive (24 days).
- After the first week no newcomers will be allowed to join these course levels. In order to progress from Level 2 to Level 3 or from Level 3 to Level 4, you need: (1) to have attended a minimum of 9 classes in full (both video teachings and Hatha Yoga) and (2) to have paid in full for your current level. In the event that you attended an Agama retreat during the course, minimum attendance of 8 classes is required, buy 3 of the 4 classes missed must have taken place during the retreat.
- All students of Course Levels 2 and 3, must check in for classes at the Registration Office on their way to class; those who don’t will be regarded as absent.
- Beginning with Level 2, there are no more course discounts offered.
- A course booklet is included free with course registration paid fully in advance (4,000 Baht) prior to the course start.
- Any student who has completed in full and paid in full for a prior course level may purchase a course booklet for that level. Course booklets for all levels 2+ are 200 Baht each. Special prices may apply to compilation level course books.
- All students registering for Course Levels 2 and up may do so at the Welcome & Registration Office during any open office hours at any time for upcoming courses. However, all students must register for the following month’s courses by 17:00 on the last Friday of the current course cycle. Any student who registers for the following month’s courses after this session will be regarded as enrolling late, and a late fee of 500 Baht will apply. Students may continue to enroll for courses into Week 1 of the course cycle, but the late fee will apply. The only students for whom this late fee will not apply are those arriving directly from overseas, who did not have a day between their arrival and first class to come to the Registration Office. Such students are given a 1-class grace period; they may attend the 1st class without payment but must produce a payment slip for their teacher by the 2nd class or they will be refused entry to the class. There is no entry to new courses beginning in Week 2 of classes.
Course Levels 4 and Up:
- Full payment for each course level is required upon registration. No partial payments will be allowed. To progress to the next level you need to attend a minimum of 6 classes in full (both video teachings and Hatha Yoga). In the event that you attended an Agama retreat during the course, minimum attendance of 5 classes is required, but 2 of the 3 classes missed must have taken place during the retreat.
- A course booklet is included for free with course registration. Students may purchase course booklets of levels already studied for 200 Baht each (for all levels 2+; the Level 1 course book costs 300 Baht).
- Course participants are expected to make up all of their missed classes at the next possible opportunity.
Refunds:
- There are no refunds for classes in Level 1 that were paid and already took place. However, you may receive a refund for classes already paid which did not yet take place, in the event your plans have changed. First Level students, please pay the daily rate if you are unsure of your itinerary.
- There are no refunds for Levels 2 and up once a course has started, but any class missed, which was already paid may be attended at a later time.
- There are no refunds for workshops or retreats except in cases of medical emergency (with substantiation). Please consider carefully your readiness to attend and physical condition (if you are recuperating from injuries, for example) before registering.
Workshop and Retreat Fees and Notices:
- All Agama workshops cost 8,000 Baht. Participants of one fully paid (non-discounted) workshop may take a discount of 20% for the 2nd and all subsequent workshops in the same calendar year. Please note: Workshops by guest presenters do not count toward workshop discounting.
- All Agama retreats cost 3,500 Baht. Participants of one fully paid (non-discounted) retreat may take a discount of 500 Baht for the 2nd and all subsequent retreats in the same calendar year.
- Discounts are available only to those who pay in cash; they do not apply to online payments.
- Workshop re-attendance fees are 2,000 Baht. For teachers, re-attendance fees are 1,000 Baht. Should you re-attend a workshop that you have taken in a shorter format in another branch of Agama, an additional fee of 1,000 Baht will apply.
- Workshop fees must be paid at any time prior to the first day of a workshop; late fees will be assessed on the first day of a workshop (500 Baht). It is not possible to attend a retreat after the announced registration session for that retreat.
