Background

The Appellant ShriShiv Kumar Goel,having his address as 1-B-28, HIG, ChanderShekhar Azad Nagar Bhilwara – 311001 Rajasthan, has preferred the present appeal dated 30/12/2015 received on 06/01/2016 under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, against the order No. 1649/FAA-13dated 03/12/2015 by CPIO, SIDBI, in response to his application Dated 19/09/2015 seeking information with regard to various aspect of the account of K.K.Organics Pvt. Ltd. The Appellanthas challenged the said order dated December 03, 2015 of CPIO inter alia, on various grounds alleging denial of information and also providing wrong and vague information.

The application dated 19/09/2015 was disposed of by CPIO by his order No.1649 dated 15/10/2015 wherein the information was denied by invoking provisions of Section 8 (1) (d) and (e) of RTI Act. Appellant filed the first appeal on 29/10/2015 challenging the said order of the CPIO. Considering the merits, the appeal was allowed andCPIO was directed to provide the information as available after satisfying himself about the status of the information seeker.

CPIO, incompliance to the said order, has furnished the available information to the Appellant. Not satisfied with the information furnished, the Appellant has preferred this appeal alleging that information is not specific, is vague and incomplete. Appellant has provided various arguments to support his case.

I have perused the application, the order of CPIO No.2351/FAA/13 dated 03/12/2015 and the grounds of the appeal submitted by the Appellant. It is observed that CPIO has provided the information as made available to him by the concerned department/vertical of the public authority. CPIO is not expected to analyze and make judgment on the correctness or otherwise of the information. I do not find any infirmity in the order dated 03/12/2015 of CPIO.

Order

Considering the above observations, I do not find any merits in the appeal and appeal is dismissed.

Order accordingly.

Copy of this decision may be sent to the Appellant and to the CPIO.
