By signing below you are agreeing that your fire department meets the eligibility requirements to participate in the Readiness Reserve
Program. If your agency does not meet these requirements tuition shall be charged and you must complete the information in BLOCK F.
If your department meets the requirements to participate in the Readiness Reserve Program outlined below than you can skip BLOCK F.
CRITERIA: Volunteer members of Districts and Departments serving a population of less than 10,000 persons, and borders or
include a Department of Interior, (BLM, NPS, BIA, FWS), Agency within its protection area OR currently has a Wildland Fire response agreement with a DOI Agency.
BLOCK F: Tuition is $ 60.00 per student for non-eligible fire departments. Please make payable to:
