Financial Assistance Information

Village Theatre believes that experiential learning in theatre arts is a powerful tool for building essential life and career skills including critical thinking, concentration, collaboration, discipline, communication and creativity. So Village Theatre strives to ensure that all young people, regardless of financial circumstances, are able to participate in its programs.

Thanks to generous donors, foundations and corporate support we are able to offer scholarships (tuition credits) ranging from 25% to 75% off the published tuition.

The process for applying is easy and non-invasive! Families need only apply for financial assistance once per year.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to families whose incomes are 80% or less of the Area Median Income (per HUD income guidelines for Snohomish and King County).

By signing the Financial Assistance Form, you are testifying to your income range and the associated tuition credit for which you qualify. Use the income worksheet to see where your household income, and family size, falls in our scholarship guidelines. There is no need to provide proof of income at this time.Village Theatre reserves the right to randomly verify submissions.
