  1. Summary of the funding (project) period (“The story”):

a)If you are doing trainings, indicate how many trainings, were conducted during the total funding period. What were the subjects of the trainings? How many people attended the training? How many men, how many women, how many children? Provide attendance lists, pre and post training tests, evaluations/interviews with participants, and copies of the training manuals.

b)If you are providing services, please provide statistics on numbers of clients, this includes carers.

c)If you are doing community theatre, or showing films, indicate how many times you have conducted these activities, and how many people attended on each occasion.

d)If you are producing press releases, newsletters, radio programmes, reports etc., list the publications by name, indicate how many of each of these publications you produced in total, who you distributed to, what language and how many you distributed on each occasion.

*another point to consider is to ask the grantee to explain what links this work has with the government / other stakeholders and what would be developed further if future funding / opportunities were available (sustainability)
