Please provide copies of permissions obtained in respect of materials reproduced, if any, from other sources.
Please ensure that the permissions are without any restrictions (valid for all formats/media of publication and for all languages) and are free of charge. UNESCO-EOLSS has no provisions to pay fees for any permission. EOLSS is being considered for translation into major languages of the world.
Please note that the EOLSS is not a business-as-usual publication; it gives unrestricted permissions to their authors for the use of the EOLSS materials in their professional work and it expects the same from outside.
If the decision to reproduce from outside is the authors’ then the EOLSS cannot be made to pay for it.
The spelling in the main text, not in the titles of Bibliography and proper nouns, is edited with reference to US English.
The mathematical/chemical parts have been edited with MathType in which subscripts/superscripts and all terms denoting abbreviations are to be in regular font and only variables in italics.
The units appearing inside mathematical equations are causing confusion. Can we place them in parentheses for separation? This will be done only with the approval of the author who can do this at his end to simplify matters. Units at the end cause no problem.
6 / 10 / Section 2.1?
22 / 26 / Equation size reduced to accommodate period at the end.
29 / 17 and the related figure / Tsubb is raised to the level of delta.
Please consider the suggested edits that are shown by track changes in the manuscript and advise.
