1. Write your name (first name & surname) and the month in boxes at top left overleaf
2. For each session fished, fill in the date, region code, session length (hours); location.
Region codes are: 1. English East Coast; 2. Sussex; 3. Hampshire & IOW; 4. Christchurch;
5. Rest of Dorset; 6. West Country; 7. Wales; 8. NW England/Scotland/IOM/N Ireland
9. Overseas
3. Fill in the weights of all mullet caught (in pounds and ounces only, part ounces rounded down). Please ensure each fish is entered in the correct species and weight column.
4. Rule a line between sessions
5. Record the number of hours spent in blank sessions in the box bottom right
6. Ring as appropriate: Senior; Junior; Lady
TROPHIES & CERTIFICATES
Please note that only fish returned alive to the water are normally eligible for NMC Trophies and Certificates. You should indicate clearly on the form any fish that have been killed.
Certificates will be awarded annually, and fish meeting the qualifying standards will be included on a single bronze, single silver, single gold and single platinum certificate as appropriate, apart from a separate certificate for your season’s best specimen
