Cooking with Ms. Chu

Project Description: Help Ms. Chu adjust a recipe to serve two people! Keep in mind that Ms. Chu is good at cooking meals and not really good at baking (ex: cakes, cookies, etc.). She eats meat, fish, pasta, and salad (if she has to). Make sure you complete each item in the check list below:
Pick a recipe from a book or website. You can also use a favorite recipe from your past experience. The recipe should have at least 8 ingredients or you may use two recipes totaling 8 ingredients.
Fill out a rough draft (on back). Include the:
o name of the dish
o source(s)
o ingredients
o your calculations
o procedure
Use proportions to adjust the recipe for a serving size of two people.
Many recipes serve 4 – 8 people. Show this work in the rough draft.
Complete a final draft and decorate. Include the name of the dish, source(s), ingredients, and procedure. A photo or sketch of what the dish should look like would be very helpful.
